She finds it rewarding to help families achieve the American Dream through home ownership. On a more personal note, Kathy lives with her husband, Mike, their two Yorkies and two cats in Dover. She has a passion for animals and volunteers at the SPCA. Kathy currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Young Women’s Club and is a member of the Women’s Network of York.

I will make sure appraisals & surveys are ordered, title work is complete, deeds are prepared, inspections are done, mortgage payoffs are gathered, preparations are made with lenders & title companies...and all the other details are done that get you to the closing table.
